- You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Product is unused, in its original packaging and condition.
❌ Returns – Not Accepted
We will not accept returns in the following cases:
- Product has been used, washed, or modified.
- The item is a custom-made or personalized order.
- Return request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
💵 Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
- Credited time: 5–7 business days from approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
🔁 Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only in case of damaged or defective items.
Exchange Conditions:
- You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must remain unused and in original packaging.
